It's good to be back Home

We have been regular guests since many years and its like coming back home. The staff is always friendly and full of joy. They did a great job investing money during the pandemic to upgrade the rooms. For us a must stay if you are in Hua Hin.

Outstanding, we will come again.

Relatively small resort with only 60 rooms, but each with private pool. Each issue raised was handled immediately and very friendly. Modern rooms with freestanding bath tub. Attention to a lot of details. Great location, all places we visited were within 5 Min with TukTuk or Taxi. Very nice and helpful staff. There are not many resorts, where the GM bids you farewell when leaving (and giving Macrons on the way).

No improvements possible (and we are experienced and "picky" travellers).

What was the highlight of Cape Nidhra Hotel

5 nights in Hua Hin

Perfect location: on the beach and in the middle of Hua Hin, close to malls and markets. Very clearn, big and comfortable rooms with everything you can think of, very tranquile and relax mood, very kind staff, nice pool, lots of sun beds, 5 stars breakfast, extremely delicious food in the restaurant. Easy check in and check out. Extremely convenient communication via wats up with the reception.

Check in lady was too formal, with no real wellcome, she escorted us to the room and did not give us any a proper information about facilities of the room and the hotel. There were only extremely hard and high pillows left on the bed and we could not sleep first night at all. Next day upon request soft pillows were provided. Why not to leave one hard and one soft pillow in a room without asking. Lots of mosquitos in the room and repelent was again provided only after special request. Staff in the restaurant had very poor english and could not explain anything about different dishes. The hotel could have at least 1-2 hours entertainment ( like some music or so ) at least every second evening. Ask for a room closer to the beach to avoid street noise.

Huge rooms ina great location.

Huge luxurious rooms with private pools, good central location and nice communal pools with sun loungers. Restaurant staff and maintenance very friendly. Biggest rooms I have stayed in - deluxe sky pool room worth the upgrade.

Pool staff inattentive, tea tray poor for for the price. Quite a few sun loungers get reserved first thing but not occupied until later. All private pools north facing so get no direct sun.

We absolutely enjoyed everything from the comfort of the beds, the ambience of the rooms, the spaciousness and the private pool. We booked a sky, pool suite and it was magnificent, we could not fault it. breakfast at the hotel was sensational with lots of variety, very fresh and the staff were accommodating at every request! Upon leaving, we were given a goodbye gift. Totally unexpected, but such a lovely gesture Will definitely return as this was a favourite!!

The buffet breakfast, hospitality, friendly staff members, cleanness, beach location, spa treatments, accommodation, the location of the stay, proximity to a hospital were all fantastic! It was everything I could ever ask for and I will definitely consider staying again!

The Cape Nidhra is becoming me second home in Thailand. I have rated this property many times already and till now they have always taken great care of me and my guests. Absolutely stunning hotel, but what makes it really amazing is their staff. Trust me, compared to other hotels, their pictures on booking.com or their website are not deceiving. You will literally get what you see, plus much more from the great staff. See you next time =)

More than you can expect

It's a very peaceful place and the environment is very quiet. It's very relaxing and it's a lot to more than you can expect from the pictures. The room is perfect and the service is unbeatable. The hotel has a private dinner service and I proposed to my girlfriend during the dinner. One of their stuff helped me on the decoration and he's very helpful and he was the one who served us the private dinner. Million thanks for his service and he deserved a pay rise! They have some cats walking around along the pathway in the hotel. The ginger cat is very lovely and it makes me love this hotel more. Will recommend to my friends and definitely will come back in some day.

Wonderful hotel. Probably one of the best small hotel in the country.

Nice big bedroom. Beautiful clean and modern bathroom. Private pool and balcony was a big plus. Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant over looking the pool, beach and sea. Excellent infinity pool. Excellent beach connected to the hotel. Perfect for honeymoon or a very relaxing holiday with your partner.

Liked almost everything about it. Wish the private pool had some heating. Hotel has only about 60 rooms so it is often fully booked. We requested for a double bed but got two single beds instead. They could not find another room as hotel was fully booked.

Big room and good atmosphere.

Big room, private beach, variety of breakfast. good atmosphere. I ordered Afternoon tea (Thai style set) was good.

My room was on 2nd floor, opposite my room is soccer field that feel not privacy. Aminities in toilet is lack of many things if compare with other five star hotel. And staff are not reach my expectation. Not present the hotel facilities or dining room until I asked. I ask for celebrate wedding anniversary but nothing special from hotel if compare with other 4-5 stars hotel, they always give you some surprise or any unexpectation feel.

1) The hotel staff refused to help me to book a car from hua hin to bangkok saying that it was the hotel policy which is quite unacceptable for such an expensive and relatively high class hotel。 It is inconvenience for a trouist and in fact this service was provided in other hotels that i had stayed before in hua hin, even a smaller hotel。 2) Moreover, i had purchased spa treatments for three days in the hotel。。。but for the herbal ball treatment on 24。7。18, the herbal balls are too hot which hurt my skin。 It is not recovered yet until now。 So i consider the technique of the staff of the spa is not quite good and not worthy for such prices。

All Staff from the reception to the cleaners were very friendly and excellent. The location was excellent and we loved the comfort of the room and facilities. Breakfast was also excellent.
